Returns + Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery to initiate a return on your product. For local pickup customers: 14 days starts @ the date of fulfillment, not the date of pickup. For in-store customers, 14 days starts @ the date of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you purchased it in - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, be free of any odor (cigarettes, perfume, etc.), stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) and animal/human hair. Items must also have all original tags on.

To initiate an online return, please email support@thegraybarnboutique.com with your order number, order date & reason for return. We will send you instructions on where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

To initiate an in-store return, please stop into the store during our store hours

Items sent back to us without a return request, or in non-returnable condition, will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. 

Returns will be fully reimbursed to the payment method used during checkout. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days to process your credit. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
Clearance & sale items are non-returnable. For hygiene purposes, the following items are NOT eligible for return: bathing suits, leggings, athletic wear, undergarments, bodysuits and earrings. 

Damages and issues 
Damaged items must be reported three days after receiving your order. Please email support@thegraybarnboutique.com with pictures of the damaged items to proceed.
